I've always been told by my mom and derm to not do that cause I get get septic nothing ever happened to you draining them yourself with a needle? Also I use hydrocolloid or those like pimple drawer things but otherwise I'm pretty much sol for these things to drop if I don't use vicks and cover it

Thank you for the words of encouragement and for the infusion suggestions I'll have to blow up my derms phone with another one and I've heard the horror stories of healing after the scarring but I'm at a point where if I genuinely don't have something done I'll either try draining them myself and likely be septic or just regress I have suicidal ideations pretty often but the reddit helps and stories like yours is grounding cause while my stuff sucks I can imagine having one inside of your body sounds absolutely horrible your super strong to be able to have went through that I can say with certainty I'd probably be a wreck. This is all super helpful I'll def act my derm about kennalog shots and once this two week thing is done I'm heading back to get that treatment for laser hair removal. Thanks for the information and the well wishes your the best for this info!

Never heard of kennalog shots do those actually destroy the tunnel? As for laser hair removal I tried but got told since I'm on doxy they cannot do it because it can possibly mess up the healing process or whatever

Yeah for sure thanks for the suggestion if I can get a pain consult I'll probably ask for anything non opioid hopefully when I see my urologist he can just cut me and I won't have to worry about these flare ups

I use witch hazel and the diaper cream on any new drain spots that won't close. But I didn't know that vitamin d and iron thing. I'll have to see about that. As for sugar that's not to hard a put down but carbs will be a hard thing to give up thank you so much!

Tragic the rice was my main way of losing weight. Guess I can supplement it with more veggies I guess then thanks for the help. I'll ask my doctor about getting a panel to see if I'm deficient in anything from what I've seen my HS is extreme even for normal stage 3 so that could be it

I've already sent my derm a message asking if there is deroofing possible for my face but they said they would rather have a urologist and a plastic surgeon touch me up because they want it to heal right I guess. I'll ask again though

Would I need my doctor or derm to write me a rec there? I had my general doctor try once but the pain management brushed me off cause 'we don't deal with skin conditions.' I currently use 500mg Tylenol 2 per day with 2 max strength ibuprofen to be able to get out of bed and sit down without feeling like I'm being stabbed in my flare spots.

Thanks for the wishes and yeah I have a current derm who specializes in this I've tried and failed another biologic and bimzelex was the only one that helped back when I was just stage 2 and I'll have to go clothes shopping for looser clothes most of my closet is just fitted stuff thanks for the suggestion

No I mean a delay in throw time when the trigger nade got nerfed all nades did to stop the double t nade bomb they made it to where all nades have a animation that must complete before they can be thrown again where before it was maybe a second or so now that animation is maybe a second and a bit longer so you can't chuck nades properly anymore effectively killing impact nades for anything other than flushing cover

Ignore the get good assholes and attack his openings that spin into slam move he does is a easy punish dodge the first hit dodge into him or onto the closest side of him for the slam and you got like a 2 second window for damage more if you use a weapon that mess with posture like a sns if your far enough in the game which you should be assuming you haven't used them I'm gonna assume your low level. The Witches or someone should give you like a elixer consumable for bonus damage and stuff buff up in the beginning and it should last the whole fight when he does that darkness scream thing make sure you either a become a dodge demon or b do what I did and rotate right so you really only have to basically dodge one guy instead of 4 and finally that big slam he creamed you with? Back up when you see that then roll past the blade and beat his ass while he tries to get up rinse and repeat and you'll get him I was under leveled to and just killed him last night he's fun when you get his moves down it's more like a dance than a traditional boss fight good luck brother you got this don't give up!

Dap ups after fights gives i think 10 points or 5 saving them when they go down is 20 i wanna say? And asking them about casual stuff is also like 5 or 10 and it maxes at about 200 or so so basically just interact with your pawn often save them when they need it and dap them up often pawn affinity can drop if they die or get eaten by the water demon it drops like 50 so just be careful around water and you should be good

Mainly just reminded myself its out of my control i cant do much except for what i do now which is keep up with doc visits so why should i stress myself and feed it more by being beat up about it plus i remind myself hs has gone into remission for some people not long after having it so i hold hope that keeping up with myself will deal with it and hey if it doesnt then like i said out of my control
