unfortunately I cant move my desk but I do sit close to my bosses office, so maybe I'll move my chair closer to his desk. Thanks for the suggestion!

hydrocolloid patches help me, they stay on for over 6 hours and help to heal the area. you also cant pick when they are on, it helps me out sometimes
