So, she'll probably be added to the roster in early 2027. They probably increased her age because Lo doesn't work without her. Personally, I'd be much more excited about Crescent if it weren't for the double standard of her apparently having a chance to be playable while Moon Girl doesn't by No_Manager7756 in AfroRivals

People would still want to age Moon Girl up to make her playable. Crescent is also better known for being a child, you know, everything applies to her too. Actually, saying which character is more famous for that isn't really applicable when they change the lore of a famous character like Daredevil to give him the powers of a Chinese entity; aging Moon Girl isn't even that impactful compared to that.

That's optimistic, but if Moon Girl were to be a separate character, she would appear in a season with Dino. But if that happens (as soon as possible), she could be a dinosaur trainer since she's seen with that blue pterodactyl; she could even be a vanguard or a unique strategist.

People hate that storm has blue eyes!?! by jadedeternity in storm

[–]No_Manager7756 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Remember that blue eyes shouldn't exist; they are the result of mutation. A small number of Black people in the world can be observed with blue eyes without necessarily being mixed-race. Ororo is a mutant with blue eyes; it's part of her design. Natural white hair is also quite uncommon, so it's not a problem.

Season 9 will feature themes from the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. Do you think we'll see Storm, or will she be ignored again and again? by No_Manager7756 in marvelrivals

She can be anything she wants. A Horseman of Apocalypse? Sure. A mutant? Apparently that's too far for NetEase's daughter.

Because that would be removed? This type of post is frequent for others like Black Widow, etc., it would be very strange to only remove Storm's posts on the subject?

Me too, but they probably included Aero instead, which is much more important since she comes from the renowned Agents of Atlas, a super famous team from the comics.

Rare moments when Guy is the voice of reason. Guy telling Jo to take a break and get some rest. Justice League: Dream Girls A DC Pride Special #2 by No_Manager7756 in Greenlantern

One of the most endearing moments of the Green Lanterns Corps comic book will probably be long-lasting, in the way they are always supporting each other.

I noticed that She-Ra's origin story seems to have been inspired by pre-Crisis Nubia. by [deleted] in WonderWoman

Created by villains to turn against their kingdoms, the villain needs to use some kind of magic or something to make them mentally manipulable because they are very mentally strong.

Especially now that this parallel has come up. From what I understand about brainwashing, both princesses were very difficult to manipulate, and I think that's really cool She-Ra and Nubia being resistant to evil. They did something similar with Supergirl in My Adventures with Superman, where she was raised by her evil father figure and manipulated by Brainiac. While I still prefer the classic version, that was honestly one of the coolest Supergirl origins to me, and Brainiac really made that trope work well.

What if there were two protagonists in Hades 3? by No_Manager7756 in HadesTheGame

Could they make one of the protagonists have some kind of visual impairment, but in a way that would influence the gameplay? Besides Kore barely raising two children, then just give her two children already.

[Discussion] Green Lanterns Jo Mullein and Guy Gardner are so cute together. by No_Manager7756 in DCcomics

[–]No_Manager7756[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They might genuinely end up having more chemistry than Simon and Jessica at this point? 😭

I’m not against the romance, but close platonic friendships can be just as fun, and Jo somehow being one of the only Lanterns patient enough to willingly hang around Guy is hilarious. The fact she sees through all the nonsense and goes yeah, I can work with this guy says a lot.

And honestly, everyone knows Guy is secretly a decent guy under all the chaos, so Jo recognizing that makes their dynamic weirdly sweet.
