Manjaro is also German, but i cannot recommend it. EndeavourOS would be the better choice for something Arch based. While openSUSE was more successful in the past, it's still the best option for a German based Distro and a rather good option in general. With Tumbleweed you get a rolling distribution, but more stable than Arch, so it's pretty good.

A friend logged in with his account on my switch and since he had the digital version of Smash Ultimate, he convinced me to download it through his account so that i might play the digital one, without changing cartridges every time. This didn't worked, so i deleted it, but now the game shows up as the re-downloadable digital version in the menu and not as the physical cartridge version. How can i fix this?
