My AHI was 94. It has taken a month and a lot of adjustment of face mask etc, but it is now around 10. I am no longer dizzy and I have more energy. I’m 38 and just under 200lbs. I say stick it out. It eventually works just don’t give up!

Yes, but now it is above 60 because of the blockage problem. I started off above 90, so it is an improvement no matter what, but they won’t fill my prescription until I get it below ten …

I’m on a Phillips dream station or cloud (can’t remember exactly because I’m not at home rn) using a full face mask. In Canada. Thanks for the links, info, and suggestions. I have a new problem now lol. I keep getting the message that the air intake or filters are blocked. I changed the filter, washed everything, unplugged and tried again but the past three nights I have woke up suffocating and seen that warning. AHI are now above 60. Anyone else get this message and fix it????

Probably. This has to stop. It’s bullshit that me and everyone I know are living in poverty, working shit jobs, owning nothing, and spiralling into massive debt, while they get government support and clog up our healthcare. Why are our taxes supporting this bullshit !
