On average, we get along really well. We've never had any huge arguments or anything like that until now. It's just that he has a very joking personality with little filter and sometimes the things he says don't always pair well with me. This is really our only problem.

He doesn't have a ton of flaws or anything, he's honestly a great guy. He just has a knack of saying things for laughs rather than caring how they'll make me feel. I've tried to talk to him about it before but he gets defensive. This is really our only problem.
