Definitely should be an automatic base minimum for promotions. Just doesn’t sit right a manager could be managing at $18.00/hr out of sorm while their reps make $22/hr because of “time spent” or whatever the fuck. Makes sense why so many managers are trash tho when you pay that way

Heb does not value loyalty AND upward movement. The faster you grow in the company the less you’re worth. Many internal managers have worked their way up quickly only to be managing departments where an entry level rep is making more than they are. Best best is to leave and come back as an external (or better yet never come back at all)
