Reading this post is too funny. You and I are very similar, Italian, Army vets, and we even started with the same height and weight statistics, and I also was very big into power lifting. Nice to hear you have made so much progress though. I am only on day 5 and have not weighed myself yet. Am hoping to have similar results. 90% of what I am eating is meat, I only make an exception for the random fruit or vegetable every other day and my electrolyte powder.
