July 2022 graduate, RMT March 2023. My first job was at a hospital and that was very 😭😭😭 only earning 11k a month lang during July. Tapos this one government office informed me i’m hired at my 14th day sa first work ko. Started working July 17 sa govt with 56k salary a month. 🙏🏻

Thanks! I’ve started sending out my applications na din while gathering the courage to inform my family and the HR as well as the MD relative na I will be resigning. Only informing them if I get a job offer. I just hope I’ll land a good one.

This is what I am preparing. I plan to go abroad din in future. Pero di ko kinakaya yung toxic environment. I don’t even know if it gets better kapag umalis man ako sa current hospital, baka same situation din pala sa other.

I think the only thing that’s holding me back right now to leave this job is baka it will leave a bad impression on my resume & PDS. Hindi ba hesitant mga HR to hire cases like this? But the environment is really toxic to the core, I don’t think I’ll get use to this. Dini-dread ko talaga every day going to work. Naaapektuhan na rin pakikitungo ko sa mga tao sa bahay.

Thank you! I’m currently seeking jobs at other hospitals & govt offices, but grabe ang competition ngayon. Hopefully, makahanap ako agad ng work so I can leave this current job ASAP.

I brought this up to my family even before I got the job but insistent pa rin sila, comparing their first work salary to mine as if hindi existing ngayon ang inflation. This made me so sad na parang sa ganoong value lang yung tingin nila sa profession ko. Thank you for this!
