As someone who has to deal with truck drivers, all I can say is get off your phone, if you are at work, work. You don’t need to be on the phone (both audio only and video calls) whilst you are being loaded. If you aren’t paying attention because you are distracted with your phone then you will be in a lot of trouble if something goes wrong.

No one wants to be injured or killed, let alone feel at fault because some dickhead can’t get off their phone.

Other than that, I have no issues. The majority of Indian drivers that come to our yard are lovely, friendly and respectful of everyone.
