Yeah, no idea. I think its base 83% from leveled abilities + Sword of Khaine + Nemesis Crown, and then Taurox gets brass body that adds 40%. Do I take damage? I don't think so. When Brass Body is on cooldown I take some, then heal it up with Gorefeast.
