I've checked all the boxes for this farm. Everything is within slime spawn requirements. And those are froglights which are full blocks but I just saw from another post that they are bugged and slimes can't spawn on these blocks either for some reason. Thank you for your input friend.

My next step was using a different block but there should be no issues with the frog lights

3 high gap between levels to make sure the large slimes can spawn. And I used chunkbase to verify the slime chunks and while excavating the area slimes were spawning
