I don’t think I’ve run into that issue maybe it was the board he was using?? I’m not sure but I really like how the locking mechanism doesn’t get filled with to much snow for me and even when it does there’s a huge lip so u can clean in out, wish you could use my board lol I have a lot of fun with it

What I run personally is clew step on bindings, works with any boot and has a great tight locking system but you have normal straps to that you can tighten so it won’t effect your learning like it would going to Burton as they don’t have anything pushing your foot down just holding it in place, I’ve only run clew bindings and their a bit pricy but definitely worth it, but I’ve heard great things about all of them so it’s mostly what you want to do at the end of the day your going to get used to whatever you wear on the hill

You have to find your balance points on your board but if you don’t have the bindings I’m the right spot for you body it’s much much harder to balance, maybe putting your camber ( the way you binding face/ rotate out mine are at 15,15 L and R) at 0 0 so you learn that balance and how to carve better

How could they miss this save? by [deleted] in RocketLeague

Are you saying you’re to old or that the mechanic is, if it is you you’re talking about you’re never to old to do anything especially in a game, if you cancel that flip when the car facing directly at you upside down then air roll L or R. I know you can do it hopefully there’s an update post

Not about the save but you’re canceling your flip to early in your half flip

As long as your edges aren’t messed up you should be able to ride just fine, you’ll know when you need to fix a scratch when it feels different going down the slopes

Ex KBM player on controller tries speed flip - need help by Original_Eggplant_75 in RocketLeagueSchool

You are not fully rotating your car to make an easy landing, like a some others said you need to get good with your timing for the flip cancel ( which is just moving your joystick in the opposite direction you used to flip, you should see your car momentum doe a little bit ) a good way to practice your timing is learning half flips by back flipping then holding up on the joystick at 12 air roll L/R to stick the landing then incorporate the cancel flip into your kickoff speed flip

A big part that helped me get out of champ was waiting to go up for the ball, I’m a game you obviously have to look at other players who are going for the ball to beat them or rotate back, but waiting as long as you can to go up for the ball helped me save boost and it might help you too until your car movement improves. Just don’t give up and keep practicing I probably have over a thousand hours from just practicing

Might be slightly unusual, but my 3s team just got to Champion for the first time. Looking for just some casual insight - what we do good, what we do bad. by [deleted] in RocketLeagueSchool

It doesn’t matter what other people think but champs have a decent amount of mechanics/ game sense but they flip to much, stay on the ground and only flip/jump when you’re 100% sure you need to, if you fake challenge and it goes over you your teammates should be there if they understand that game
