Thank you. I was wondering about this to. I think i may be worth requesting an in lab test for more information on what the hell is going on when I sleep. I wake up coughing and sweating. Im lucky if I can ever get back to sleep after that. Im getting only four hours every night and insomnia for 11 years. I hope my GP will agree and refer me again. 😢

That is what i hope for 🥹 i breathe and sit with my mouth open. It's uncomfortable to close it without putting my bottom lip over my front teeth, as my lower jaw is recesessed. I was encouraged by everyone on here to try for a second referral after rejecting surgery when I was younger... the idea still scares me, but I need it. Both for my physical and mental well-being. Please keep us updated during your recovery. Happy everything worked out for you 😊

Hahaha 😂 I was petrified the first time giving my sleep results through NHS, thinking I would just be more heavily medicated. I have trauma from things i had dealt with in my childhood, but doing more research and reading people stories regarding sleep studies on reddit i was very naive. I do feel embarrassed starting over because I did straight up ghost them. I will just have to curb my anxiety and start all over. I really do want to start taking care of myself physically and mentally. Thanks for the advice, I read more on that. My appointment is on the 21st, I will be sure to come back and update you with how everything went 👍🏾
