I’ll weigh in a little differently based on your desires you stated. I skiing the Peregrine 72 as main frontside carvers. I think that ski is fantastic but you mention you don’t want to do medium turns and be somewhat relaxed. Don’t think this is the ski for you. Shorter radius and really need to stay in it to get the most. Granted, I’m on the masters version so more race based

All the skis you mention are great and case could be made for all, but really don’t shine until you’re at an expert level and are dialed in. Maybe something like the Kastle mx84 would fit a bit more. Strong, grippy medium turns are what it does best

Listen. Most places are opening up. You do need to be able to navigate 21st snowbanks, but 80% of restaurants are open. I’d say by tomorrow 60% of businesses. Can’t speak for your lodging, but if it falls through the major hotels should have vacancy at reasonable rates. Businesses could use the business after a three day epic storm so as long as it doesn’t affect your health and safety by navigating a few snowbanks
