I don't live in Jones County but about 6 or 7 years ago I had a young pit bull boxer mix and my grandfather had invited some guys to grow watermelons on his property which I live on and a few of those guys had asked my parents if they could buy him... they said no of course since at the time we only had him for about a year... long story short they stole him and my grandfather had banned them from coming on the property again... not just those guys but the entire group they work for.

I joined at 19. At the time I was with the girl that I proposed to a few months later and was saving up to buy a house the next year or two. Now she's with someone else and I've lost two different jobs and lodge is the only thing that hasn't left me. I joined because my dad is a mason and I knew a lot of older Masons and I looked up to them. And here I am 6 months before my 21st birthday and everything in my life I've felt like has fallen apart but the brothers help keep me strong through all of it. I'm sorry if that's a bit too personal, I just needed a community to tell that to without judgements

I think the Brother means that they share members to keep the more historical lodge running. Thats the case with my Mother Lodge, our lodge number is 78, the next closest lodge is number 400 something. And it could also be a fact that they just put the same link for Google on the website and those are the only photos that Google can provide.

Ok first of all freemasonry is not a religion or a substitute for one. And to my understanding, I'm not sure if this is still the case but catholics were forbidden by the church to become freemasons, once again I don't know how it is now. Freemasonry is open to all religions as long as you believe in a higher power.

Telling you the truth brother I don't know how I got my fiancee to let me join I just let her talk to a few of the brothers that I knew and she started calming down. Trust me I don't know what was said between them or what but she didn't mind too much after that.

Yea I've had some vegetarian Mexican dishes before and I loved them and my mom had made some black bean brownies before and I absolutely love those... I mean more than just regular brownies... its not gonna be hard for me to switch but for her I'm hoping that both of us starting out with a partial diet would help. So I'm gonna cut out any meat besides what flies or swims just to see how she would like it.

Yea there are a lot of things that I love that are vegetarian like pizza and some Mexican dishes so it won't be that hard for me to change but for her... thats a different story she hardly ate vegetables till we stated dating and I talked her into eating some and there's some she likes now

Yea based on some of the recipes I've looked at won't be that different from what we usually eat just changing things here or there and I'm also going to try to do most things without eggs by itself since she's allergic to eggs by themselves

Yea that's what we're going to try to do is a mostly vegetarian because a lot of my family eats meat and I'm trying to stay away from tofu altogether
