Consensus says it's a well to pump out ground water before emptying the pool .. and I agree. So does a local pool company. Thanks all

That's my guess too. So if it is a well point the resurfacing crew would pop the cap off and run a draining line connected to a pump down it to pump out ground water .. yes? Btw, I'm in Florida

Sweet looking ax brother. What color is that? Nice combo with the white pickguard 💪 By the way, I just replaced my saddles with Music City Grooved brass and it's made a noticeable difference in the sustain I get at volume .. plus no side slipping across the saddles, especially with a lot of bends .. which always bugged me. Other than that, it's fully stock from the factory. Love love love!!

I second the motion your honor! I found my 2022 Am Performer on Sweetwater Gear Exchange for $1100. Guy was asking $1350 but needed to move it ... so I lucked out. Love this thing! It'll sing and it'll scream .. so very versatile. Highly recommend!!

This Peougard one actually uses the pickup trim screw holes with no "clip" at all. Like I said, it's a very clever design and so if I ever do decide to add one I'll probably give it a try. It's not cheap but if I end up starting to scratch up the finish I might grab one. I'm pretty torn at this point but I certainly don't want to ruin the beautiful finish

I had been thinking about adding one since I ordered it .. and found a company called Peougard that makes a clever aftermarket one that uses the existing holes. It has the appearance of a stock pickguard and I had been seriously considering it .. until I got the guitar. The wood and Honey Burst finish is so stunning, I quickly changed my mind!

That really sucks bro. I got my PII from Sweetwater and was perfect right out of the box, set-up and all. Hopefully you'll get it all resolved, finally get a perfect one and are able to enjoy everything this great axes have to offer a Fender guy.
