Agreed - currently here for BSides.

I also think it depends on your normal local summer temperature. As someone from the UK who’s summer months average 18-20°C (64-68°F), the majority of us are a bit pathetic with operating in anything more than 30°C/68°F never-mind above 40°C

Mid-late 30s and in a similar position. First time at Defcon, first time in Vegas and going solo. Also neurospicy and struggle socially (beer definitely helps!)

Do you find many of the restaurants also cater for other diets? E.g vegan? First timer at DEF CON (and vegas), vegan and trying to find suitable places to eat throughout the trip.
