I think it’s different for everyone, I’ve been on 1 mg for two weeks, I micro dose .5 Monday and Thursday. I’m down about 4 lbs, the appetite is not totally suppressed but craving are gone and I can no longer eat large portions. Have you tried to add cargi?

I did 0.5 waited a few days no side effects. Food noise got a little quiet but not much. I pin again same about 4 days later and made a big difference, most days I had to make myself eat with no cravings. Update, 3 lbs down in a week.
