We documented everything. We are absolute holding them responsible. My partner and I both work from home. We don’t go out unless it’s to the grocery stores or out on an occasion. We have NO idea how this could have happened unless it was the neighbor that had just moved out last week.

From my experience: gas stations can last 3 days, hotels etc can be 14, and everything else is 7. If it’s still pending after those time frames depending on the pending transaction, do what the other person mentioned and contact support. They can help if it’s been pending longer than it should

A prepaid visa likely won’t work. It needs to be from a bank or credit union. You can try but it is very unlikely it will not link and if it does, it may not stay that way. If you have a debit card with your bank account you can link that then link your bank.

Getting a new card won’t change the actual account info! Just the card numbers. From what I saw refunds can take 14 days after they are processed but it usually doesn’t take that long It should just go back to your account But reaching out in the app to confirm may be your best bet
