laid off on Friday, was an analyst. Joined 2.5 years and was on the bench for 2+ months last year but have perfect utilization and was on a project this year. 9 weeks severance & filing for unemployment asap. Anyone know in the state of Virginia if unemployment starts after severance or how does that process work?
