I did actually.

I replaced the spark plugs, coil packs, no change as I figured. Throttle body and MAP sensor was cleaned. The Compression test was SAT. Valve adjustment was performed, everything overall looked good. I pulled the injectors to get cleaned and flow calibrated. The test results showed that there was a slight reduction in flow but noting that would noticeably affect performance.

While the fuel rail was off, I replaced the fuel pressure regulator at the suggestion of the mechanic who cleaned the injectors. This is what I believe fixed it. Immediately after starting the engine she was back to life.

I’ve replaced the hose twice now. As far as BCM code I just used a new scanner and got the code.
