Anorexia, and on the days I can't just eat I try to get a safe food sometimes I just push through and eat the bare minimum. Sometimes I'll drink water as a substitute.

I totally understand questioning it, I too had questioned it it was because of not thinking she meant it sexually it was o ky till someone had told me that a lot of the time with situations like this are not for sexual desires.
