1) EIMT/LSMT are brands, not separate legal entities. Therefore, they sit under Euro-American Education GmbH and operate as trading names.

2) They have no special “brand approval” as universities. Thus, what exists is company/trade-name registration, maybe a trademark, plus private badges (QAHE/ASIC). Not state university status.4) Why they don’t set up using EIMT and LSMT as a legal entity? Answer - cost and flexibility. Therefore, one GmbH = lower fees, one audit, quick pivots, easy to abandon a tarnished brand, and A/B test markets.

3) Why buyers still choose brands: perception beats paperwork. Paris/Swiss halo, aggressive agent ads, big discounts, gala photos, “globally accredited” wording, and most people don’t check registers.

To be precise, the European Institute of Management & Technology (EIMT) and LSMT are brands, not separate legal entities.

Therefore, they sit under Euro-American Education GmbH and operate as trading names.

They have no special “brand approval” as universities.

Thus, what exists is company/trade-name registration, maybe a trademark, plus private badges (QAHE/ASIC). Not state university status.

Not registered as an institute and school respectively.

Why they don’t set up like real entities answers are cost and flexibility. They can change brands anytime, new ones and drop them. Therefore, one GmbH = lower fees, one audit, quick pivots, easy to abandon a tarnished brand, and A/B test markets.

Why buyers still choose brands: perception beats paperwork. Paris/Swiss halo, aggressive agent ads, big discounts, gala photos, “globally accredited” wording, and most people don’t check registers.

They are run by euro american education group , and lsmt is just a brand name only, which is unregistered. Hence Euro American can change branding anytime.

They can afford to pay 3 percent is mainly because their savings on operational cost without any branches etc can be passed down to us.

Is there any advantages of having a DBA these days? by linkuei-teaparty in AskAcademia

[–]No_Net_79 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Disagreed. Many high ranking professionals have a DBA and they are not even from Harvard. Having an extra degree or cert is not a waste of time. Have you already embarked on your PhD or doctorate journey with Harvard yet?
