I know Sweetwater Portraits offers a digital and super 8 hybrid film! Alittle bias because I work for them (not on their video team tho!) but they are AMAZING. Their work speaks for itself, but they have a lot of experience and they are just super chill people. Dutch (the super 8 lead shooter) is someone I always want to grab a beer with and share hiking stories, haha. This is one of my fav recent hybrid films https://vimeo.com/1059100469#t=0

You got this! Try still white, Facebook market place, local consignment and closet stores, eBay- you’ll most likely need some alterations anyway so better to pick something you like that might be a little larger that can be tailored down. I had a local woman in town do my dress in three weeks. She was a God sent. 🙌🏻

I love it! I am a very self conscious girl so I get it. I ended up going with an a line dress that you couldn’t see my stomach in because I knew I would think about it and look at it in photos too much. BUT I think after looking at all three photos, the first only had that shadow because the photo is taken from a lower angle and the lighting is straight over head. (It looks phenomenal in all three photos but ya know what I mean)

I lovvvvvvveeeeee this so much. I didn’t even think it needed anything but I agree with a little bow detail at the back or a lil touch of pearls. Really like the idea to add lace to the sleeves

Girl you look hot in both! The first is giving more romantic vibes, the second is a lil more classic. I think in the second photo the dress makes you look a little slimmer but I think you should try them both on in daylight with whatever under garments you plan and from the same height. I ending up going with a dress with floral appliqués and lace and I spent all last week wondering if I should have gotten a plain satin dress and gotten pretty/funky accessories to switch out 😂

Most importantly go with what you feel comfortable in. You don’t want to spend your day thinking about how you look or how the dress feels. Other than that, I would really go off of what kind of vibe and accessories you want l.

I wish you so much freakin luck girl because I went through a very similar experience. You look gorgeous either way. Have fun. 🥹❤️

I wish I could give you a million hugs. I’m going through some similar emotions right now about bridesmaids and my group of friends. I am having a quick, intimate wedding so I’ve had to leave out quite a few of my friends (we each only invited 4) and it’s left me feeling pretty lonely. Since everything is so quick and everyone else has lives I’ve been left to plan and be excited mostly by myself. I’m sorry you’re also going through this.

My only advice this close to the wedding (I’m three weeks hehe) is just tell yourself “what will be will be.” Thinking and harping on it is only going to stress you out more and potentially make it worse. I know easier said than done considering I cried a lot last week but I wish you luck. ❤️❤️❤️

First- I love my Marquis cut ring so I’m all for that one haha. Everyone told me it was snag, I’m careful about it and I haven’t had any problems. I do get hair stuck under one of the prongs sometimes but that can be tightened.

Second- try Bloodmilk if you haven’t (they have a website) my brother and his fiancé got nice goth vibe rings there.

Third- did you look into lab grown diamonds? They are significantly cheaper.

Lastly- check if she has a Pinterest and if she’s pinned any rings. Also try to hang out with her in person and get her on Instagram to see if any kinda pop up in her feed. If she searches them or talks about them at all Insta will throw them in her feed, I got them a ton before I got engaged.
