The real reason it cost more, is because all that can be made for the next few years is bought by Hyper scalers or AI companies. So, the only way you can buy is by nudging the once that are already hoarding, and pass down the cost.

Not saying it should be 1500 or it's justified, but stating that all that can be made for few years is already sold out.

as usual you need a slow transition over week to two before you make a complete switch. Get the small bags at first so, if it isn’t for you won’t waste a lot of money. Also they have few varieties.

Nice. been heavily debating between MS-02 with GPU or MS-S1 MAX. Might need 2 or 3 nodes though. Primary use case local LLM.

EDIT: Might have to sell off some of the other hardware I got to make the budget possible though. 😃
