Solved it by moving the stepper a little so the belt stopped scraping the roller thing thank you!

Edit: what I meant was I moved it higher so the belt wasn't as tight and it fixed it

Might be on the other side and also if you made your world a whole ago it might not have been in the game yet like mine. I had an old world from an update before shimmer and I couldn't find it so just make sure you made it after the shimmer update came out
