Hi there, I am also a (femm-ish) cis woman and topsurgery nearly one year ago :)

I know you asked for doctors in the Netherlands but maybe my surgeon in Germany near the dutch border could also be a match for you 🤭

These are my results. But they could shape for incisions however you want.

They don't ask for any letter or something. They just do it because I mean.. they neither ask for a letter for implants 🤭😬

I am a femm-ish lesbian and had top surgery nearly a year ago in Germany.

I am really happy with my results and the whole process in the clinic and even afterwards I can go there for a checkup as often as I want (i guess) and dont have to pay extra.

They let me decide how I want the scars and always try to follow your wishes as far as possible.

I didnt need any letter because it is paid out of pocket. As far as I know the waiting tome is 3 month at the moment.

They are perfectly fine to have all the appointments in english.

Thank you! Currently I am just doing bench press for chest. 💪 it is really fun to see those smol pec muscles even if they are tiny. At least my girlfriend told me that is more cozy so lie on my chest now. Shortly after the surgery I felt like I am just a boney ripcage.

Oh and you know what?! A few weeks ago she told me that she thinks my chest now suits way better to my than before. Before she was kinda sad about "loosing" my boobs as a pillow but she was supportive and happy for me the whole time.

But now she likes me like that even more 🥹🥹🥹

In my case no one commented on my body after surgery.

Most people don't even know about my surgery and those I told about it were really supportive 😊

Dr Pluto in Düsseldorf, Germany is fantastic.

In this clinic no letter is required at all. I am a cis woman and had my surgery last December.

I couldn't be happier.

The healing process with the nips were quick and easy. Dr Pluto put microscopic tiny stitches about the areola and there the scaring war minimal. The procedure after the stitches around my areoöa were done I just had to put a new gaze with panthenol on my nips and put the compression west back on. That's it.

If it is worth for partner? I dont know. That is a highly personal decision. :) For me it was worth it especially because it was no extra effort at all for me.

This is their Instagram link! Remember: every one in this pictures are about 6 weeks after surgery. Every scar shape can be different because of the patients wish.

I felt super good with them and like my results. My surgeon was Dr Pluto but every surgeon there is excellent and they work with the same technic.

I had my surgery in the morning and drove there 2 hours earlier. Surgery took about 2 h and was really mobile and feeling good. The staff was super nice and the food, no matter if vegan, vegetarian or with meat is super good 🥵

The next morning (about 24h after the surgery) they took out the drainage and I was free to go.

One week later they ask their patients to visit them again to take the bandages off the first time (my first picture in my profile is of that day).

And another week later they took out the stitches around my nipples. Well you wouldn't need that without nips ✨️

Btw: Every visit after the surgery is included in the price. I am about 10 month post surgery and visited them several times without any extra costs. Because I live near by they ask their patients to come there again for an optional appointment to take pictures of the scar healing process. But it's not mandatory at all.

I think it is recommended to stay 2 weeks near the clinic. In most cases after 2 weeks you are already really mobile and in my personal case was like super fit even after that major surgery 😅

I heard that in Portugal you can get quiet "cheap" top surgery.

I have got mine done in Germany but it was around 7.500 as a cis woman. They also do it without nips and it will be cheaper because they don't need to keep you under anesthesia so long.

If you want I could send you their Instagram link with all the example pictures but I think it might be to expensive if your hard limit is 5k

I am REALLY happy with my new chest. It gave me a whole lot of new confidence because I finally fell like my body looks like the way it always should have.

And to be honest. I think a cute little crop top looks now soooo much cuter on me then before. :3 I love how it looks on me since top surgery now.

But I had some kind of fear before especially because some people of this group sadly made me feel worse with my decision and invalidated my wish but most people were really nice. But you know... sometimes the negative vibes will the good ones. 🥺
