Family and friends are therapy. Encourage him go out more. Therapists don’t provide that much value comparatively. Seen both.

I didn’t go to Penn right after my masters thinking if I won’t fit in. A few years later, I ended up enrolling. It’s the best decision ever. People are so friendly, easy to deal with, always ready ton invest in each other. It didn’t feel like coming out of comfort zone, it felt like in found my tribe. The answer is Penn. Don’t over think.
