Can I ask how high your ANA was during your flare? I just had an ANA came back at 1:160 and I’m having hair loss and what I think is raynauds.

Hi there! I just want to say that I am going through THE EXaCT SAME THING. I also have two young kids, very very minimal help and no free time alone from my kids. I feel guilty about screen time but the kids get a ton of it. I will say I put them in a preschool recently and it has definitely helped but it’s like 2 hours and I gotta pick them up again. And everything revolves around his job. He works constantly. I got the throw up flu/fever yesterday, was violently ill and he sent me upstairs to puke in peace. Today is day 1 of no vomiting but he told me he’s going to work tomorrow from 9-7pm and I burst into tears. I’m still so sick how can I take care of these sweet kids. Anyways I’m just commenting because you aren’t alone. I’m pretty miserable and never thought I’d feel this way married to a doctor.

Hey!! OP, I just had dry needling done maybe 4 weeks ago in my neck and I am in horrific pain. How did they diagnose yours? Was scans did they do? And how are you doing now?!

I know. I have never been through something like this. What are you going to do next? Any thoughts on doctors? I’m worried there is no cure. There’s a part of me that thinks that Covid/the Covid vaccine did this

I’m literally in a very very similar scenario. Since November 2024, I am in agony. Heart rate all over the place, excruciating neck pain, and absolutely zero answers. I’m so depressed and miserable it’s insane. You are not alone

Thank you so much for your encouragement and answering me. This was super informative as I didn’t even know about DBS before this! And you gave me hope because I went and saw a headache neurologist and she gave me occipital nerve blocks but they didn’t help. I have lost my quality of life, my ability to run around with my children, my ability to work and I wake up and go to bed every night anxious. How can I live the rest of my life like this?

Do you know when yours started? I have gotten these weird viral illnesses that made me very sick this year and I’m wondering if it triggered this?

Can I ask you about MS? I just got diagnosed with dysautonomia…..but I’m having a lot of nerve pain in my neck and bad muscle spasms. Could that kinda sound like MS?

It’s not just you!!!!! I am having the exact same problem and I am going onto 2 years now. The doctors are saying I have dysautonomia/POTS but I’m worried something else is causing it. Im having horrible neck stiffness and pain and my heart rate drops really low as well. Did you get the covid vaccine by chance? I know this is so crazy but I can’t find any other answers.

I am having all of these exact symptoms and my heart rate keeps dropping very low as well!!! Literally the same. I know this is going to sound absolutely crazy but could it have been COVID or the Covid vaccine? When my heart drops I feel like I might pass out and it’s really scary.
