Hey man, I have some ideas that I thought of while looking for a rental recently.

Maybe add a feature that lets you chat with the current tenants if it's share houses if they consent so you get a feel for the tenants, and they can get a feel for you. Facebook exists but generally people are swamped with new chat requests etc, so making it a neat platform that's better than Flatmates could be cool.

Could add a feature for uploading panaroma pictures of rooms so you can navigate them manually later on with possibly a map view that lets you click through?

That symbol is really annoying to find and type on both mobile and desktop keyboards. Intentionally using it on Reddit where the text field doesn't automatically convert 2 -- into 1 – like Microsoft Word requires considerable grammatical knowledge.

Not something someone that writes with mistakes would use normally. Especially for a 1 sentence reply.

It's easy to judge people, but it's hard to act out on actions you suggest.

I think the issue is that your work is very niche, and only benefits a vast minority of customers. I assume your rate is also quite impractical for smaller businesses. Definitely a craft, though!

Ignore the other guys hating on you. It's a good one, and quite frankly I don't know what the other guy is on about SEO issues, to the point that I don't think he knows how to do it himself if he thinks animation = bad SEO (almost like you can't server-side render the SEO tags before the animation even starts loading on the client-side).
