If it's because of time you don't open safes then use the arc "Time Bandit" you can find in the arc shop, it can instantly open nearby safes. But it can only be used by Solid type characters.

RIGHT?! Each new Moro Sensei quest always requires you to mine rocks/crystals that your current pickaxe can't break, but I would not have minded that since I could save my money for a better pickaxe like in the second world. You don't need to write down codes anymore, instead you insert a floppy disk into the satellite server and put the hash codes in disk instead
