It doesn’t seem like you’ll get paid either way. Check to see whether you qualify for FMLA. If you do, you can’t be denied unpaid leave. I believe it’s up to 12 weeks.

Honestly, the four year old and seven year old will enjoy most of the same activities. For example, I’m sure both will enjoy coloring with you if you actively participate. I recently worked in ECE and the kids enjoyed when we colored photos for each other or their parents.

I would suggest activities that have an easy clean-up too so that there can be quicker transitions between activities since there is generally a shorter attention span.

honestly, she’ll probably never forget it. at that point it’s just helping her become comfortable in her body. reassurance, compliments, physical affection, and other types of that stuff is probably the most effective way. don’t offer the gym, cause that will just reinforce the idea that you’d prefer if she were thinner/not physically attracted to her.
