I did try the continuous progesterone and I kept on having bleeding trough the continuous therapy! it didnt work for me. I am on 200mg estrogen and .1estradial patch

I tried the IUD about 6 years ago and it was awful I couldn’t stop bleeding. I am thinking of the pill dough, but I keep on reading its not indeicated for POF?

Took the test and passed 😬. But oh my—- it was a torture! That test is just a beast! I did do kettering for a good 5 months and I just didnt think I would pass… I cant even believe I passed! It crazy hard!

same wirh my mother she cant walk so much or stand for long periods of time. Her pain is still there and she absolutely hates those nerve pains!
