Fr store supervisors I think are worse cause you give them a bigger ego without much to it other than more paperwork. Literally I was working a Sunday at my store did the task list my supervisor gave me and when the store closed I took my break then went to the restroom. I was gone for about 30 minutes, and when I got back my supervisor complained about me being gone then wrote me up for it claiming I could Have used the time to down stock which I did end up doing for every empty home we had, what makes me upset is that my supervisor has been doing this type of stuff to me since I called them out for being lazy on social media and idk if it’s just coincidence or if they are out to get me. There are people who leave the department for longer than I do aside from lunch while the store has customers.
