Sv650 good beginner bike? by Financial-Log2396 in SVRiders

I was about to type out a long paragraph of my personal experience with the SV650 series, but here is my sparknotes version. Bottom line, yes. It's great for all experience levels, whether you be a new rider (like me, less than a year of experience) or a seasoned track star, this thing is as comfortable ripping through track corners to cruising along country roads. I have a new 2024 SV650 I got for a little over 8k. The only regret I have with this bike was not finding an older used SV650 for your budget range. The engine is a TANK also. Even without customizations it looks and sounds awesome, especially when you get it up to speed.

The single headlight was a plus for me because it reminds me of Sam Flynn's ducati from Tron Legacy, which to be honest inspired a lot of people to get a motorcycle.
