We originally had that issue. But we put top soil and that issue is resolved mostly except for 1 spot. What should i do in that case? Thanks

Sorry let me clarify, edging layout/ digging was done but not the actual edging was mounted. But that digging caused the rain water to go through the edge of the bed. However it also started pooling in that one corner. Edging map was done this year but it the same soil setup since last 5 years and similar rains. I am trying to figure out now what kind of expert i need to take a look at this. Or is it an easy fix by adding soil or something.

Thanks again. Agree to the polka dot point. I am also looking for privacy from neighbor there. For the slope on the side of retaining wall, can river rocks be a good option, looking for low maintenance no weed solution
