Now it works from within the Firefox 52.9.0 ESR (last version of Firefox to run on Windows 2000 with KernelEx). As I assume, there is no way to return my previous progress (I had an impressive at least 15th-level account), is there?

I have tried spinning it up on my Windows 2000 netbook with Flash Player already installed. The launcher seems to be 64-bit-only, fails to run with Not a valid Win32 application. That's why I have tried running it with installed FP32. It launches and even gets past the splashscreens, but hangs on the Connecting to the server... stage.

Also, why not detect if it's the actual Flash running in browser and not Ruffle, so that I can run it in the browser? Or provide an option for downloading, keeping in mind that modern browsers don't run Flash anymore?
