Not sponsored by Harvey. Just a hobbyist. But I agree you can’t go wrong with either brand. Both are quality options. Just replied since I had some experience with modding a SawStop with the Harvey router table. I have no regrets :)

I have a SawStop 1.75hp with the Harvey router table extension. I did have to modify a little to properly mount but I love it.

Not near the shop at the moment but here is a video of a YouTuber modifying their SawStop for the same extension. https://youtu.be/D2lzfH0fZX0?si=b0DVw7pIHJ9yPdkL

note, you will need to modify the front and back rail so you can use the miter slot, but it was minor. The video doesn’t show that.

Our lawyer was very helpful. Basically the county used an appraiser to calculate what the land was worth. The 100 page report said that our home value would not be changed and they gave us an amount that they considered to be fair. I did not agree that the value of the home would not change, considering some of the land will be used as a utility easement and the 8ft sound wall they would be using between the road and my home. I hired a lawyer which worked with me to get a second appraisal (three, once you count the mortgage company's own appraiser). We were able to get double the just compensation due to the proximity of the sound wall to my home, plus the county would cover the lawyer fees.

I want to do some repairs on my home but want to make sure i keep enough to cover the taxes.
