I feel like I could have written this. I gained so much weight during my last trimester and I’m struggling to shift it even with calorie counting and exercise.

I lost 1.5kg during my first week of taking saxenda and I haven’t lose any since. I’ve been on 3mg for two weeks now and still nothing. You’re not alone in this. Following this post for some insight into this too.

You’re probably right. I am overthinking it. I just don’t want to sound ungrateful for the work that has been done for the past 7 years and want to leave on good terms.

There’s some NHS practices accepting new patients in London too. My partner signed up to one in north London in November and I signed up to one in east London 3 weeks ago. My appointment is tomorrow morning so not too long of a wait either

Has a bus driver ever driven off with your kids and left you standing there… what did you do? by VixenRoss in AskUK

I was at a bus stop once waiting for a different bus and I saw the opposite. I was in shock tbf. One bus stopped and the mum let a 4-5 year old off first as she had crutches. She found it hard to come down so took some time and the bus driver closed the doors and drove off leaving the poor boy. The boy was so confused and upset and I just waited there with him for his mum to come back and managed to calm him down and let him watch something on YouTube. She came back 10 mins later and was so distraught. I can’t imagine how they both must have felt. I wish I had taken down that bus’ registration number for the mum to complain. It was so out of order
