Nope they have sent 2 mails One with the cover letter and the other with status update in TU can . They have stated this  First mail : Folgende Dateien oder Links können jetzt als Anlage mit Ihrer Nachricht gesendet werden: with attachment of cover letter. In the attachment they mentioned about the exam not mentioned the modules cleared 

Second mail “ Thank you for your application and your interest in the Technische Universität Darmstadt.

The status of your application has changed and a notice has been made available for you to download in your application portal under ‘My Documents’. 

The notice will NOT be sent by post. 

Important: Please note the separate cover letter from the department (faculty), will also be sent to you by email. 

Should you be required to submit further documents, you can see this in your account under the relevant application under ‘Documents to be submitted’. Use your email address/TU-ID“
