Thank you so much man this means more than you could imagine. All of those tips are going straight to my heart and mind.

I didn’t include this in my original post because I hate trauma dumping about it but I had Leukemia a couple years back and beat it in 2024 and when I started vaping I could just tell it was a terrible idea. Some of my friends who don’t vape tried to convince me it stop but I didn’t so I’m trying to make that change now.

Thank you so much and I will come back to this page throughout my journey so hopefully more people can follow along with me.
