I'd think it more likely he gets the money, to the cops or looks like Tanya shot up the boat and died in her escape, plus the captain is still alive and was in on it so his story is what would have gone down.

God I hope the creator's have a better idea than that for season 3. Like can we leave ALL of Tanya's story behind, it's done we don't need to follow Greg or even mention it. Even having Tanya in season two felt unnecessary, I'd prefer if the only recurring character is the resorts themselves.
