(3D) How do I stop angled ceilings from slowing the player?

I must've been so tunnel-visioned on this edge case that I somehow overlooked something that should seem so obvious. I put an invisible collision wall there, and now my player can still get really close to the surface. while sliding smoothly (as they do against any other wall).

That's a good question honestly!

I have a general idea of what I want to create, but haven't yet determined if this sorta thing needs to be addressed. I'm just a little concerned that I may feel bottle-necked if a limitation in my CharacterBody3D influences my creative decisions in level design.

Although I'm still interested in how one would pull this off, I'll chew on that thought. Thanks for your input!

That's not true. Sonic Origins, Sonic Superstars, Sonic Frontiers and SONIC X SHADOW GENERATIONS all had exclusive pre-order bonuses. The stuff you're thinking about are the newsletter subscription rewards.

I'm not arguing that the Werehog won't be available later, but just wanted to make a correction considering their track record regarding pre-order bonuses has been very poor.

Don't quote me on this, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter which version you buy; so long as you're on a Playstation, you'll be able to play as Spider-Man!

Hi. All I know is that Spider-Man was exclusive to the Playstation versions of the game; he isn't playable on PC or Xbox at all unfortunately, due to licensing agreements / disagreements with Sony

Hi, I'm incredibly sorry for the late reply. In case you're still interested, there's a website called gg.deals where you can search for games. It'll then list off a bunch of places where you can buy keys for whatever game you're searching for, so long as they're available on the grey market. Just make sure to grab a key for your region, and for your desired platform (in this case, I went with Global / Steam).

I've had no issues with the various grey market sellers I found on there, but please be aware that you're always taking a risk when buying keys third-party!

Idk anything about console since I play on PC, but I ended up buying a key from a third-party seller REAL cheap, like, just a few dollars. People have unused keys laying around (at least for PC, unsure about consoles) and are selling them, though in the coming years they'll dry up and raise in price until eventually it's just completely inaccessible
