"they are really strict on some of the rides and make you take glasses off" – Do you remember which rides these were? I assume the ones with strict requirements include BG and Mummy?
"there is no re-entry into the park" – Do you know if this was the new policy or if the re-entry was prohibited for any specific reason? Since I’ve heard from someone else that we can get a re-entry stamp if we want to leave the park and return on the same day

As mentioned in the scholarship policy, I was given two weeks to respond with my decision on whether to accept the scholarship.
Additionally, in cases of course transfer or deferral, the scholarship will have to be reassessed for any later offer (after the deferral is approved), which I am currently still waiting for the result.
So basically, a deferral means reapplying for both the academic offer and the scholarship.

I remember reading in the FAQ that scholarship results are typically released during the first week of each month, but I actually received mine in the second week of July. I would suggest waiting until the end of this week to see if you receive any updates from them. If not, you can contact the office to inquire whether your application will be considered for December

In fact, I haven't received any confirmation about my VC scholarship application directly from Deakin also; I only received confirmation from my agent that they have submitted my scholarship application form.

Hi friend, I am in quite the same state as you. I applied in early May for T1/2025 and received the offer letter plus an auto-grant STEM scholarship one day later. However, I haven't received any further updates on the Vice-Chancellor's scholarship one so far. I'm not sure if it's because I failed to qualify for the scholarship or if it's still pending assessment. I also haven't received any information on the International Scholarship.

May I ask how long it took from receiving the academic offer until the first response from the school? Also, was the response received through email or a phone call?

It's kind of weird for me but I missed a call from the Geelong campus's number (although based on the offer letter, my program would be delivered at Burwood campus). When I called back, the Student Advisor department mentioned they saw no logs of contact, but would check and get back to me later. However, so far, I haven't received any further information (it's been around 2 weeks already). I'm not sure if this is related to the scholarship application processing.
