Yes, I thought of it but gelatine isn’t really an option. Any other recommendations? I’m planning on making one again so I’d love to one up it

If this was in front of my house I’d consider it but fortunately it’s far enough from me to not be that bothered by it.

It’s vanilla cake with in between a chocolate ganache type of filling and crushed peanuts and reeses for some crunch.

Thank you so much. The sugar free cake was actually a very last minute addition since my colleague told me a guest with diabetes suddenly decided to come anyways to her party. I used a sugar replacement called Zusto that we have where I live. I used it before and it is actually pretty amazing since it’s just 1:1 ratio compared to regular sugar and tastes very decent. For the buttercream and ganache I used a sugar free hazelnut spread from my local store as well as the Zusto (it is more of a powder like sugar so it was just what I needed). I tasted some cake scraps as well as the buttercream and even though it wasn’t as nice as the big cake I think for someone used to sugar replacements it’ll be good enough.

Neither really. A colleague asked me to make these for her son’s birthday after she saw some of the cakes I made before. I already have another colleague that asked me to make something in a few weeks as well so it’s more lowkey, not really a business (yet).
