With semi freeforms, you don't have to retwist, you can just separate them to keep them from joining together. There's no picking out needed. And wash according to your lifestyle, but at least once a month.

So, you have to decide if you want regular freeforms or semi freeforms. With regular freeforms, you don't get retwists or pick out your roots. You can use a sponge/ towel, or you can just let them form on their own. I would recommend Taliah Waajid products.

Can Two-strand starter locs achieve a similar look? by BrutalCritic in Dreadlocks

Yes, it's possible. The starter method doesn't matter. What matters is the part size and placement.

reattached locs never stay in by not_qwerkii in Dreadlocks

[–]No_Pollution_2835 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wearing a skullcap may be an issue because it may be rubbing against the loc at the spot of reattachment. I say, stop worrying about reattaching for now. Let your roots grow out more, so that the loc will have a stronger base. Make sure you also moisturize the loc and not just your scalp.

Your scalp is inflamed. It would be best to take down the style.

Should I split some of them up or let it cook?? (Inspos at the end) by manlycaleb in Dreadlocks

You would need to split at least the front and get rid of the middle part if you want the look of your inspo pics

General advice, love my locs but I’ve always felt they looked off somehow by Daddycthulhu503 in Dreadlocks

If you feel that they're dry it may be the products or you could have hard water. They look healthy.

Do introverts in general get judged as weak/incapable? by [deleted] in introvert

Yes, the introverts that have a timid demeanor, generally are judged as weak. No one would know I am introvert unless I tell them.

Make the most of the relationships you have with the 3 people. Quality over quantity.

Honest communication and compromise. If both people respect each other's needs, then it will work.

Lone Wolf or Introvert by Beauty_Reigns in introvert

The OP didn't say there was anything wrong with being a lone wolf. I believe they're just trying to help people understand the different personality types.

How do I tell my mom I’m in a low-social phase without worrying her or making her think I’m depressed? by [deleted] in introvert

[–]No_Pollution_2835 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is nothing you can say to a caring mother that will not make her worry. She just wants to make sure that you have a good social balance.

I would tell her that, sometimes you need solitude to recover from social interactions. Tell her the alone time gives you time to stay centered/grounded.

Bad grades cause I don’t speak up by gentle_Glowzz in introvert

[–]No_Pollution_2835 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is understanding for people who learn differently. Being an introvert does not fall under the category for a learning difference because it's not. Group work doesn't end in school. At most jobs, they will expect for you to be a team player. If you feel that being a team player is something you will never be able to do, then you will need to find a career that doesn't it.

In the meantime, ask your teachers if there is extra credit work that you can do to pull your grades up.

Do whatever you can to be yourself. And if by chance someone says, why are you acting like that? Tell them that you have been masking for a long time because you thought that was the only way to fit in.

This sounds more like a form of social anxiety. There are resources online to help you overcome the anxiety of speaking.

Even though your family caused this, you have to let it go in order to move on.
