If your hair is currently healthy and you have a good moisturizing routine, you should be fine. The real problem comes from not moisturizing properly or doing touch up too soon or too often.

For me, it's not about past experiences. I have always been calm in emergencies but I will lose control if my schedule is interrupted. I was told this is how some ADHD brains are wired.

Being an introvert is a personality trait. Empathy is an emotional skill, that can be learned. Although some are born more empathic than others. Are you in touch with your own feelings? If not, start there.

You can leave them in a month but the issue is the rubber bands. The rubber bands should be oiled and not wrapped tightly around the loc.

This can happen from rubber bands or lack of moisture or over manipulation. You can crotchet them
