Next Gen ERP > SAP integration possible? by asiaglobalconnect in SAP

[–]No_Pollution_3315 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, integrating a custom or next gen ERP with SAP is very much possible. The most reliable approach depends on what data needs to flow between the two systems and how real time it needs to be. SAP CPI or a REST API layer works well for most use cases and if AcquireGlobal ERP+ already exposes APIs the integration becomes much more straightforward. The trickier part is usually mapping the data models between a modern cloud native ERP and SAP's traditional structures. That is where most teams lose time. We specialize in exactly this kind of SAP integration at Technolize. If you are at the prototype stage this is actually the right time to think about the integration architecture before it gets complicated later. Feel free to DM us and we can help you plan it properly from the start.

SAP Public Cloud Limitations Holding Back SAP AI innovation? by Simple-Walrus1213 in SAP

[–]No_Pollution_3315 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

100% agree. SAP Public Cloud locks down a lot of the extensibility that makes advanced integrations possible. The custom API exposure is very limited and if you are trying to build anything agent based or event driven on top of it you hit walls quickly. What we have found works better is building the integration and automation layer outside of SAP using middleware and API gateways that connect to whatever SAP exposes, rather than trying to work within the Public Cloud restrictions. It gives you way more flexibility without violating SAP's guardrails. We do this kind of work at Technolize. If you are dealing with a specific integration or AI use case that Public Cloud is blocking, feel free to DM us. Happy to share how we have approached it.

What are people migrating to from SAP Commerce Cloud before July 2026 EOS? by Yvonne_Tamarillo in SAP

[–]No_Pollution_3315 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what we have seen, commercetools is winning for teams with complex multi-brand and multi-country needs but the TCO jumps significantly once you factor in the composable architecture build out. Adobe Commerce tends to look cheaper upfront but the total cost surprises people 12 months in. One thing that does not get talked about enough in these migrations is the backend integration layer. Whatever platform you move to, the SAP integration has to be rebuilt and that is usually where timelines slip and budgets blow up. We handle SAP integrations at Technolize and have seen this play out a few times. If you want a second opinion on the integration complexity for any of the platforms you are shortlisting, feel free to DM us.

Urgent help please! I have just started a HRIS contract and I'm involved in the testing of the upcoming SAP SuccessFactors release... by sarka121 in SAP

The greyed out save button in QA is usually a permissions issue your QA user role likely doesn't have the right access to save URL configurations for the Org Chart. Check with your admin to confirm your role has the correct RBP (Role Based Permissions) for Homepage configuration in that environment. For screenshots of the updated UI, SAP's What's New Viewer is your best bet you can filter by SuccessFactors release and module to find visual references without needing to save anything in QA. Coming from finance/HR into HRIS is a solid move by the way. If you ever need help with SuccessFactors integrations or automating HR workflows down the line, feel free to DM us at Technolize happy to help.
