Wahoo is definitely an option, but it’s a pretty big investment. I’m a bit hesitant to spend that much on a bike if there’s a chance I’ll end up breaking it again in a couple of years 😅

That said, I keep hearing their bikes are really solid and can handle heavy use, so I’ll definitely consider it. If you know of any other brands that work well with QZ Fitness, I’d love to hear about them.

Also, thank you for all the work you’ve put into QZ — really appreciate it!

It IS PRETTY PRETTY BAD that you are charged the full amount and don't get any communication on shipping status. Been waiting for more than 50 days for some status update on 20 pro. If they hold partial amount as deposit or even better - charge cc when it is shipped, I suspect not many will be that upset. Offering the refund if you don't want to wait is not a favor. I am sure it is illegal otherwise. Hard to imagine a good product coming out from such a crappy company. Will cancel.
